These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bd baja ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "bd baja"). 5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, bd baja reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bd baja reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of conflicting information between the general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.
• All bonus decisions made by bd baja are final and binding.

As a registered user of bd baja, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful entertainment gaming and sports wagering. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software to interact with games or betting markets without human input;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;

All content on the bd baja platform — including but not limited to the brand name "bd baja", the logo, website design, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bd baja or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd baja platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, frame, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any platform content.

• Any loss arising from a communication or network failure on your device or internet service provider's network.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by bd baja's negligence. Where any limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such limitation shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.1 Closure by the Player

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period. 9.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bd baja will send email reminders before applying the dormant account policy. A dormant account administration fee may be applied on a monthly basis to dormant accounts, in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. The real-money balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormant account fees.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bd baja operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described below.

10.4 Entire Agreement
